Just like our sister city Ashland, Oregon, who just hosted its tenth Abundance Swap, we are hosting our fifth annual Abundance Swap. Come join us for an afternoon of community sharing with friends and neighbors. Just find 3 to 5 items in your home, shop or office that someone would enjoy as a gift – something fun, useful, interesting or beautiful that you no longer need that you would like to share with someone else. At the swap, then you can pick out 3 to 5 items that you would like to have. No money is involved – just sharing. Feel free to drop off your items ahead of time if you’d like. What to bring? Almost anything goes – picture frames, vases, ornaments, children’s toys; board games are always a big hit. No clothes, jewelry or paperback books, please. Hardback books are definitely welcome. Yummy refreshments will be served……and all at no cost! Also, feel free to stop by simply to say hello and have a cookie or two and spiced cider, make a paper snowflake, and say hello!
