Closures will be in effect for this weekend: Friday, May 30th Day field Parking lot closed from�10:00 AM Friday morning till 2:00 PM Saturday afternoon. This is to accommodate parking requirements for the R-MC Alumni classes of 1932 � 1958. On street parking from the Brown Campus Center north to Day Field entrance will be prohibited to allow access to horse drawn carriage rides on Henry Street. 11:30 PM�� All on street parking on Henry Street from College Avenue north to East Patrick Street and Caroline Street from �North Taylor Street to Henry Street will be prohibited until 2:00 PM Saturday afternoon. Caroline Street and the Fox Lot will be strictly reserved for our special needs guest parking. Ashland Police Department will enforce towing! Saturday, May 31st 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM Henry Street will be closed to thru traffic from College Avenue north to East Patrick Street. This will create a pedestrian safe zone for our Commencement Event guests. Safety and Police Officers will be stationed at all campus-wide intersections to direct guests to public parking lots. Conrad Lot�(1st�row next to Crenshaw)� Reserved for Commencement Orchestra Day Field: Reserved for Alumni classes of 1932 � 1958 only Blackwell / Duncan Church: Reserved for Trustees, Platform Party, Presidential Guests Caroline Street / Fox Lot / Old Chapel Lot: reserved for special needs only All other parking lots including North Brock, Residential dorms, Physical Plant, Copley, Admissions, Tennis Courts, North Center Street, Tennis Courts, etc. will be open for general parking. |
