Ashland Main Street Association (AMSA) is a non-profit group comprised of community volunteers representing businesses, civic organizations and residents of the “Center of the Universe.”  Our mission is to enhance and promote Ashland’s Downtown Main Street District, which includes England Street from Route 1 to the other side of the railroad tracks and the business district along the tracks.  Meets every 4th Wednesday in Council Chambers, Ashland Town Hall.  http://mainstreetashland.org

The EDA meets as needed to consider requests for approval of tax exempt borrowing for economic development purposes. These requests are subsequently considered by Town Council. The seven directors of the EDA are appointed by Town Council to four-year staggered terms.
